Experteer Overview In this role you will design and implement a scalable Shared Service model across Europe, driving performance and governance for cross‐country operations. You will lead KPI‐based monitoring, orchestrate automation and AI initiatives, and work with business units to standardize processes. The role offers broad international exposure and a chance to shape transformation at group level. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable impact.
Retribuzione / Benefits Drive performance management and SLA governance across Shared Service operations, including KPI definition, SLA monitoring and productivity analysis
Interface with local teams and business units across geographies to ensure data consistency and comparability
Consolidate performance, cost, and productivity insights for executive reviews via trend analysis and actionable recommendations




Support rollout of automation, AI‐enabled solutions, and process optimization with monitoring of adoption and impact
Contribute to standardization and harmonization initiatives to strengthen operational consistency across geographies and service lines
Responsabilità Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration or STEM
Several years of experience in transformation or performance‐driven initiatives in complex operational contexts (up to 10 years)
Consulting background a plus, especially with multi‐stakeholder international initiatives
Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders and cross‐functional teams
Fluency in English (mandatory); Italian and/or French a plus
