Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Application / Solution Engineer to provide advanced technical and project expertise across the full project lifecycle, from pre-contract (ITO) through execution (OTR).
The role acts as a key interface between commercial, engineering, and project execution teams, ensuring that customer expectations are translated into optimized, executable, and globally consistent technical solutions.

driving consistency in functional specifications and ensuring alignment across global project implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-ITO / ITO Phase (Technical & Commercial Support)
Provide technical expertise during bid and proposal phases in collaboration with commercial teams
Analyze customer needs and define optimized technical solutions (scope, design, cost, schedule, industrial scheme)
Perform performance estimation, system sizing, efficiency calculations, and economic analysis
Support bid strategies by evaluating technical feasibility, risks, and customer value
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and contractual requirements
Translate customer expectations into clear technical and functional specifications
OTR Phase (Execution & Customization)
Support product customization and implementation for specific customer requirements
