Experteer Overview In this role you advance pricing strategy for Allergan Aesthetics Italy & Greece, shaping commercial policies to drive revenue growth and market share. You collaborate with Sales, Trade, Finance, and Supply to translate strategy into executable actions within a compliant framework. You will monitor pricing, support supply alignment, and optimize the portfolio through data‐driven initiatives. Retribuzione / Benefits Contribute to route‐to‐market strategy with Sales and Trade leadership Define and maintain commercial policies aligned with growth and market share goals Review pricing policies to ensure competitiveness and priority alignment Manage gross‐to‐net pricing adjustments and support periodic portfolio reviews Identify and execute commercial initiatives to optimize the brands portfolio Ensure pricing and actions comply with internal policies, legal requirements,



and International Trade standards Support supply optimization to match domestic consumption Collaborate with Finance, Trade, and Supply Chain on classifications and pricing terms Ensure quotas and extraordinary orders follow approved processes Develop and monitor trackers, KPIs, and process improvements for supply optimization Coordinate with international supply chain for efficient product flow and forecast accuracy Serve as main contact for selected customer topics and maintain data flows with Master Data and partners Track performance against commercial objectives and support renegotiation or optimization of agreements Identify opportunities to improve commercial execution and build business cases for new opportunities Responsabilità Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field At least four years in commercial policy, pricing, trade, channel management, or commercial finance Experience cross‐functionally with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Regul
