We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to handle a variety of tasks such as greeting guests, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen,



and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain front desk calendars.
Provide accurate information regarding company services and policies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
