Your Impact
- Lead and develop high‑performing teams , fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and empathetic, resilient leadership
- Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, and HSE standards , promoting a strong safety culture and partnering closely with Quality and HSE functions to drive ongoing improvements
- Oversee all plant operations , ensuring production targets for volume, quality, cost, and delivery are met while managing complex, fast‑changing environments and maintaining efficient end‑to‑end production flows
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement , applying structured Lean tools, leading improvement initiatives,



and embedding a data‑driven problem‑solving mindset across the organization
- Manage key operational stakeholders , including proactive and reactive maintenance (TPM), and maintain constructive relationships with the Workers Council in collaboration with HR

Your Experience and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in industrial and manufacturing operations , ideally in complex metal‑mechanical environments, with strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly processes as well as end‑to‑end production flow and capacity management
- Proven leadership capability in managing and developing multi‑level teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and performance in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments, including experience with Italian labor laws and Workers Council relations
- Strong operational excellence mindset , with hands‑on expertise in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and the ability to drive performance across safe
