About the Role – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist
This role focuses on designing, implementing, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.



You will work closely with client stakeholders to set the technical vision and drive solution shape for their Microsoft CRM technology stack.
What you’ll do
Lead and mentor a technical team, providing guidance across development tasks and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with business needs – creates and modifies entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
Oversee code version control using Bitbucket and ensure collaboration and code review practices.
Develop and maintain CRM plugins and workflows to automate business processes.
Use XRM Toolbox to support configuration and productivity enhancements.
Apply Azure DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
Package and deploy CRM solutions across environments with proper versioning.
