Execution of functional, performance, and reliability tests on coffee machine systems
Definition and maintenance of test cases and validation protocols
Analysis of test results and identification of defects and improvement opportunities
Collaboration with R&D;, Quality, and Engineering teams
Support during prototype development, validation cycles, and troubleshooting activities
Contribution to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and lab processes
Accurate documentation of all testing activities in line with internal standards
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
Technical background (mechanical, electrical, mechatronic or similar)
Previous experience in testing, validation, production, or technical hands‑on environments is a plus
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and basic specifications
Basic understanding of testing principles and structured problem‑solving approach
Strong practical mindset and willingness to work with physical prototypes and lab equipment
LabVIEW knowledge for little bench setup (would agevolazioni us)
Strong hands‑on attitude and willingness to work in a practical engineering environment
High motivation and genuine can‑do mindset
Curiosity and willingness to learn on the job
Reliability and consistency in executing test activities with attention to detail
Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative when issues arise
Good teamwork attitude and ability to collaborate with different functions
Resilience in dealing with iterative testing cycles and problem‑solving activities
Nice to have
Experience with coffee machines or small domestic appliances
Exposure to testing labs or industrial environments
Familiarity with basic measurement tools or testing equipment
