Responsibilities

Development and optimization of technical training programs, as well as the creation of training materials and the definition of learning objectives

Planning and conducting theoretical and practical training sessions for operating and maintenance personnel

Teaching knowledge related to system operation, maintenance, fault analysis, and repair of complex technical systems

Close collaboration with Engineering, Service, Project Management, and Sales, as well as support with proposals and presentations

Qualifications

Completed technical training and an additional qualification in training, adult education, or technical documentation

Several years of professional experience in conducting technical training and instructing operating personnel

Strong communication and presentation skills





Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

A military background and associated knowledge of military standards and regulations are desirable
