Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Technical Due Diligence and feasibility work for prime real estate, integrating urban planning analysis with building and cadastral compliance checks. You'll collaborate with cross‐functional teams to assess asset conditions, risks, and multi-year CapEx plans in a global real estate setting. The position offers exposure to high‐profile projects and direct interaction with investors and developers, shaping value through due diligence insights. You will contribute to international site inspections and feasibility studies that guide redevelopment and masterplanning decisions.
Retribuzione / Benefits Inspect and verify property conditions
Analyze deeds, title, easements, and land registry; review contracts
Verify permitting, cadastral, and urban‐planning documentation; identify discrepancies and risks
Assess maintenance status and support multi‐year CapEx planning
Review as‐built documentation and draft TDD reports in English/Italian
Inventory documentation and create virtual data rooms
Conduct technical‐urban feasibility studies for change of use or redevelopment
Collaborate in multi‐disciplinary teams in an international environment
Liaise with national and international clients (investors, banks, developers)
Responsabilità 2–5 years' experience in Technical Due Diligence in real estate, architecture practices, or as an appraiser (ABI compliant)
Knowledge of national and regional urban planning and building codes
Proven CapEx planning and budgeting experience; building maintenance and construction project exposure
Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and exercise sound judgment
Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Italian (written and spoken)
