To support the continued growth of our Milan studio, RBA is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and work on complex development projects in Italy and across Europe, with a specific focus on data centres and related infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Overall supervision and coordination of a multidisciplinary team (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil) Nurturing and developing professional relationships with clients Preparing technical and economic proposals for private tenders Monitoring public tenders and managing potential participation processes Participating in all project phases, overseeing technical, legal, economic,



and financial aspects Active involvement in administrative and permitting procedures Producing necessary documentation (drawings, reports, specifications, and various forms) across all project stages, from concept to detailed construction design Actively contributing to internal planning and the strategic development of RBA within both the Italian and international markets Candidate Profile The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective delivery of projects, from inception to execution. The successful candidate will ensure that activities progress smoothly by managing timelines, organizing project documentation, and facilitating seamless communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
