to increase qualified traffic and conversions Design customer journeys to generate high-quality leads and sustainable growth across channels Advance marketing tech and data ecosystems using AI, CDPs, personalization, and GEO/LLM-based optimizations Oversee external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with marketing and global stakeholders Responsabilità At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or related commercial roles with increasing responsibility Experience managing large-scale customer acquisition programs and substantial marketing investments Leadership experience in energy, utilities, telecom, insurance, or similar sectors (energy sector experience a plus) Strong knowledge of digital channels and performance drivers (performance marketing, SEO, analytics, martech) Solid understanding of AI applications in digital marketing (personalization, CDPs, LLM/GEO-based optimization) #J-18808-Ljbffr
