What you will do: Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintain strong long‐lasting relationships, understand client needs and requirements, and communicate them effectively to the delivery team. Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the client.
Project Delivery Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule. Monitor project performance with appropriate tools, report progress and necessary adjustments, and oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members, foster a collaborative high‐performance culture,



and manage multiple projects under pressure.
Process Improvement Identify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency, ensure compliance with company policies and standards, and identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
Industry Knowledge Understand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that impact the sector, anticipate client needs, and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
8‐10 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a related role within the banking industry.
Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Trello.
