Field Quality Specialist

The Field Quality Specialist will be the person in charge to follow up the resolution of the issue raised from the Field, collecting information from technical cases, warranty claims and transferring it into Factory quality and collaborating with all the other teams (Manufacturing Engineering, Build Quality, Design Engineering, Customer Support). He/She will contact suppliers if needed for issue resolution, especially for topics related to Product Problem Resolution (PPR). He/She will ensure that feedback from the factory to Customer Support is provided in an intimate manner, interacting with different stakeholders.
Your Impact
- Product Problem Resolution (PPR) Support: Responsible for supporting the issue resolution inside the factory. The incumbent will bring the information to the production line/ Manufacturing Eng., conduct investigations to aid root‑cause identification, and will collect and share the information with stakeholders.
- Warranty Claims Analysis and Action Follow‑up:
Monitor claims submitted by dealers, investigate and take actions at the factory for fast issue resolution.
- Factory Communication: Communicate issues from the field (claims & concerns) to the factory and ensure solution feedback is routed to Product Customer Support.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Nice to have minimum of 1‑2 years’ experience in a quality environment.
- Experience with mobile equipment such as agricultural, construction or forestry equipment, on/off‑road trucks, or automobiles.
- Knowledgeable in industrial process and technology.
- Experience in problem‑solving methods.

Compensation
Applicable salary range: € 22,000 – €52,000 gross annual salary.
