Experteer Overview In this role, you design, build, and maintain high-volume mainframe logic while refactoring legacy code to enable seamless cloud and mobile interaction. You will contribute to our modernization mission, working with a global team of experts and applying AI-powered insights to improve performance and enable faster innovation. You’ll tackle complex debugging, optimization, and migration tasks that impact mission-critical systems. Responsibilities
Maintain mainframe performance by analyzing and optimizing code
Debug, troubleshoot, and verify complex system interactions
Extract business logic from legacy systems for migration or cloud integration




Experience as a software engineer on complex projects
Strong coding skills in Java, Python, .NET with debugging abilities
Experience with software development methodologies for scalable, robust software
Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI for enterprise modernization
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, REST services xysqume
Knowledge of microservices architecture, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), messaging queues
Deep understanding of OOP and design patterns
