Key Responsibilities Maintain expert level of assigned products' knowledge and application. Provide technical expertise in support of improvements to existing product designs and/or propose new products' concepts for further development by engineering. Provide engineering support to the process of modification of existing products to meet customer requirements, while retaining product function and quality. Act as a technical liaison between Field Service organization,



Engineering and Operations influencing and persuading internal and external customers, with a proactive and can-do attitude, about the effectiveness of the new design solution proposed. Assist in resolving design related non conformities, ensuring quality processes are rigorously followed through Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8 D) and remedial actions are implemented by the Co E. Identify and propose solutions to escalated any technical or project related risks. Achieve expected quality standards and delivery time of service products in accordance with contractual obligations and Cavotec standards. Troubleshoot problems and attempt to identify causes for warranty problems in order to prevent and eradicate repeat occurrences. Cooperate with Field Service organization, Engineering and Sales departments to resolve matters regarding the warranty of sold products/solutions. Support the Service Spare Parts Manager
