Vishay Italy is currently looking for an R&D; Senior Design Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help shape the next generation of power devices by leading their definition, design, and release to production. Job Location: Vishay Semiconductor Italiana S.p. A., based in Borgaro Torinese, is a key site for the design, development, and production of power diodes and power modules. With around 300 employees and continued expansion plans, our site offers the energy of a growing organization together with the stability of a global technology leader. What you will be doing: Lead the design and industrialization of new power devices aligned with market and customer needs. Drive cross‐functional and international collaboration to support successful new product releases. Coordinate problem‐solving activities and contribute to effective technical decision‐making. Define and approve specifications for strategic materials critical to product performance and reliability. Develop new concepts and innovative solutions for future product generations, including support through TCAD simulations. Work closely with teams
