Responsibilities




- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Operations Manager (Italy) across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual documentation, and employee records, and provide back-up support for payroll and pensions activities (data updates and administrative inputs) as required.
- Administer employee benefits such as canteen vouchers, private health insurance, pension funds and language training programmes, and act as a point of contact for employee queries.
- Support accurate HR data management and ensure compliance with GDPR, HR policies, and health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with payroll, IT, facilities, and line managers.
- Provide administrative support for health and safety processes, training records, and compliance tracking.
- Support the Head of HR Legal (UK) and Talent Management when required.
- Deliver flexible ad‑hoc admin
