About the Role
The Specialist, Post‐Verto Planning (PVP) is a Florence‐based role dedicated to empowering students to confidently navigate their next steps after Verto through individualized guidance, strategic planning, and dedicated support—equipping them to pursue their goals with clarity and purpose. This position focuses on the Post‐Verto Strategy (individualized guidance) and the Post‐Verto Plan (the final pathway).
Reporting to the Manager, Post‐Verto Planning, this position will support the execution of PVP programming at the location, ensuring every student—whether Channel or Traditional—leaves Verto with a clear,



documented, and achievable next step.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Individualized Advising
Case Management: Own a portion of the location's PVP caseload, specifically managing students interested in applying to Verto's Direct Transfer partners.
Strategy Implementation: Conduct Post‐Verto strategy conversations with students, focusing on their Channel program requirements, Direct Transfer goals, or support of independent college applications.
1:1 Support: Conduct 1:1 sessions to provide DT partner recommendations, career interest exploration, and major alignment.
Verto Continuation Support: Advising students with regard to Verto's Associate's Abroad Global Pathway. Robust semester close‐out support to maintain engagement for multi‐semester students and support their transition to their next Verto location.
Academic Support: Support schedule and census auditing for Channel students, approve C
