Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and development of advanced mechanical solutions within a multi-disciplinary R&D; team. You will ideate, prototype, test, and refine systems while pushing state-of-the-art approaches. You will drive the full product development cycle from concept to finalization and collaborate with industrial designers, UX, and quality teams. You will travel to support builds and vendor visits, shaping innovative eyewear and electronics products with real-world impact.

Responsabilità Background in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design




Parametric 3D CAD proficiency (preferably Creo)
Knowledge of PDM (preferably Windchill)
Experience in Injection Molding design
5+ years in mechanical or mold design (med-tech or electronics)
DFM, DFA, tolerance analysis, GD&T;, and 3D/2D CAD
Material properties knowledge (plastics, metal, adhesives, glass)
Cross‐functional collaboration experience and autonomous work style
Strong organizational skills and problem‐solving ability
Experience in Consumer Electronics Product Development is a plus
Office 365 proficiency
Experience leading a team of R&D; Product Design Engineers (5+ years) is a plus
