aligning it with business goals and objectivesProvide guidance and mentorship to HMX Senior Managers and teams in implementing Lean methodologies and toolsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HMX site assessments initiatives, making recommendations for enhancementsPrepare monthly updates with sites and Senior management aligned with deliverables for each of the sites under scope of responsibilitiesParticipate in operational improvements as needed within the sites under scope of responsibilities to include productivity improvements tied to continuous improvementQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEExtensive experience and mastery in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiativesExtensive experience in proven leadership of managers and individual contributorsStrong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologiesAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentAbility to clearly and concisely communicate at all
