Experteer Overview

In this role you will strengthen financial governance and drive performance across national operations. You will oversee accounting and finance activities, ensuring accurate, transparent reporting and compliance with international and local standards. You report to the EMEA Finance & Administration Director and lead local finance teams, shaping financial strategy and supporting strategic decisions. This position offers the chance to impact financial controls, cash management, and performance across the organization.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Oversee general and analytical accounting ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards (including US GAAP)
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; coordinate with auditors and external controllers
- Ensure full tax compliance and timely declarations
- Implement and enforce financial processes, internal controls, and corporate procedures
- Monitor daily cash positions and optimize working capital; manage banking relationships
- Develop and deploy cash‑flow forecasting tools; contribute to local accounting strategy
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts,



and projections including Capex; produce dashboards for performance tracking
- Deliver monthly financial reporting to Group; perform variance analyses and propose corrective actions
- Support controlling activities for sales, operations, and projects
- Oversee administrative procedures (fleet, travel, asset management); coordinate onboarding (IT equipment, access, vehicles)
- Supervise facility management, maintenance, and renovation; manage contracts and regulatory xysqume compliance

Responsabilità
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 5–10 years of proven experience in a similar role in an international industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting, fiscal, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical, accuracy, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Professional fluency in English
- Detail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable in a multicultural environment
