Experteer Overview As Logistics Lead Engineer, you will oversee the planning, installation and operation of automated production systems at a new manufacturing site. You will ensure the project meets Nestlé Purina quality and safety standards while driving Lean improvements and cost-efficient delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics automation with manufacturing operations and to hand over capital projects. Responsabilità 2+ years of hands‐on automation project experience in warehousing (ASRS, AGVs, high‐bay storage, conveyors) in food/manufacturing
Strong machine safety knowledge (ISO/OSHA) for automated machinery
CAPEX budget management experience with Lean methodologies
Results‐oriented, fast‐paced, problem‐solving mindset
Fullfillment Center operations experience
Foundational knowledge of logistics, electrical engineering, automation controls (PLCs/SCADA/WMS/WCS) and digital manufacturing
Cultural leadership and ethics; promotes healthy, inclusive teams
Fluency in English; Italian a plus
