To support our growing company, we are currently looking for Global Consumer Experience Specialist (m/w/d) Your responsibilities: Community Management and Consumer Experience: Grow and engage the brand's social media community while monitoring trends and feedback. Provide insights, manage crises, and consumer service alignment and support. Maintain asset libraries and review content for brand consistency and visual alignment. Offline Communication Support:



Collaborate with market teams to plan and execute events and activations. Deliver toolkits and post-event insights to ensure consistent brand experiences. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Economics or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field of Consumer Experience, Community Management or Communication Strong communication and social skills and a strategic mindset with a consumer-centric approach Trend-aware and proactive in identifying engagement strategies and digitally native with a strong understanding of online platforms and tools Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Global Mindset: Working in an international environment Perfect Start: An individual "Onboarding Program" and support from your buddy Food: An in-house canteen, fresh fruit and snacks Childcare: An in-house daycare center and "Dr. Schär Kids Care" Flex
