Experteer Overview In this role you ensure the lifecycle management of Packaging, Labeling and Graphic Chain applications within a global PLM context. You work at the intersection of business and IT to align solutions with Ferrero's IT standards while supporting transformation and the evolution of the PLM landscape. You collaborate with cross‐functional teams and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable IT capabilities for packaging domains. This position offers international exposure with some remote flexibility and a clear impact on packaging-driven processes. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage the full lifecycle of Packaging, Labeling and Graphic Chain applications from implementation to end‐of‐life Ensure IT solutions meet business requirements and align with Ferrero IT strategy and standards Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on architecture models and policies Contribute to the evolution of the PLM landscape by supporting integrated IT platforms for packaging domains Provide third‐level support and ensure timely issue resolution for stability and reliability Collect, analyze and evaluate enhancement requests for continuous improvement Work with IT teams, suppliers and resources across projects and run activities Support governance activities and alignment across the Co E on packaging applications Responsabilità Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management or a related field Experience in the PLM domain and packaging-related applications, ideally in FMCG Solid knowledge of Centric Software; familiarity with SAP PLM or SAP PPM; experience with Adobe Illustrator Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively in English Strong analytical, structured problem‐solving skills; proactive and collaborative mindset Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and guide technical discussions #J-18808-Ljbffr
