As Chapter Lead Microsoft Dynamics, you will guide a distributed international team to design, deliver, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 solutions (Service, Marketing, Sales) and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You will bridge business needs with digital capabilities, driving architecture, governance, and ALM practices while accelerating innovation with Microsoft AI and data platforms. This role shapes how we engage customers across brands and markets and contributes to our group's digital transformation. You will lead with impact in a fast-moving, collaborative, global environment.

Responsibilities

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service)
- 3+ years in a leadership or management xysqume role, ideally international and cross-functional
- Strong functional and technical expertise, including Dynamics 365 and integration patterns
- Experience with Power Platform and enterprise integrations
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
