What you will do in this role:
As part of our team, you will play a key role in the development and management of the sector Logistics & Industrial Letting , with activities that include:
- Management of process oflease for logistics properties , from the evaluation of spaces to the identification of thetenant. ideal.
- You will be the point of reference for property owners and tenants , guaranteeing personalized advice and support at all stages of the negotiation.




- Identifying business opportunities through the analysis of market needs and the development of strategic relationships with corporate clients and logistics operators.
- Processing of commercial proposals and marketing strategies to maximize the value of the properties in the portfolio.
- Conducting inspections , you will manage the negotiations and you will ensure that operations are completed within the established timeframes and objectives.
- Collaboration in drafting market reports and performance analysis to support strategic decisions lease .
- Management of back office and updating of the company CRM with precision and consistency.

What we look for in you
We're looking for a motivated professional with experience and a passion for commercial real estate. Here are the key requirements:
- Previous experience in the tertiary/commercial real estate sector; specific knowledge of the market logistics & industrial letting will be considered a plus.
