FRI-EL GREEN POWER S.P.A. is a leading company in renewable energy production, particularly in the wind and solar sector.
The Group’s activities and core competencies cover all phases of planning, construction, production, and sale of electricity, including landscape analysis and assessment and the permitting process.
To strengthen our electrical technical department, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) to join a team engaged in the development of utility‑scale plants, with a particular focus on the photovoltaic sector.
The role will be involved in the design, construction, and grid connection of plants (5–50 MW) to the high‑voltage (HV) and medium‑voltage (MV) networks of Terna and e-distribuzione.
Your main responsibilities include:
- collaboration with the internal development department and relations with the national grid operator for plant connection procedures;
- electrical design for permitting purposes, ensuring compliance with both internal and external requirements;
- detailed engineering design of plants, selection of components,



and support to procurement and operations departments;
- technical support for optimizing photovoltaic and wind projects during the various development and implementation phases;
- technical coordination with external consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders;
- site visits during construction, testing and commissioning phases.

Required qualifications:
- technical diploma or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
- good knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel;
- ability to read and develop MV/HV electrical diagrams;
- team‑working attitude and ability to manage technical contracts/projects;
- good knowledge of the English language;
- residence or domicile in nearby areas or willingness to relocate.

Preferred criteria:
- experience in renewables as a Project Engineer;
- experience in electrical design of large‑scale photovoltaic plants;
- knowledge of software such as NEPLAN and PVSYST.
