We are looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to join our international R&D; community and contribute to the development of next‐generation high‐power charging technologies. Your Responsibilities
Design and develop power converters for DC fast‐charging products
Create mathematical models of power electronic converters and execute reliable, high‐accuracy simulations
Collaborate with the Electrical CAD team on PCB design activities
Support Mechanical and Thermal Engineering teams during the converter design process
Test and validate prototypes, ensuring performance, robustness, and reliability
Work closely with the Control Firmware team to define and optimize control strategies
Share technical expertise and contribute to the continuous knowledge growth within the team
Collaborate with global R&D; groups to bring cutting‐edge technologies to customers and accelerate a more sustainable future
Your Background
A Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Energy Engineering, with strong foundations in power electronics design
Relevant experience – professional or academic – in power converters or related fields (thesis projects count)
Familiarity with simulation tools such as Plecs, Matlab/Simulink, LTspice/Qspice, or Mathcad
Experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams, and involvement in product design and development
Strong verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Italian is a plus
A proactive, flexible, and creative mindset, with enthusiasm for solving complex engineering challenges
A collaborative attitude and the desire to work in an international environment
