Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee end-to-end logistics performance for a designated flow in Italy, collaborating with procurement, finance and strategy to optimize cost and lead times. You will work with internal and external partners to improve operational intelligence and drive KPI performance. You'll build scalable processes and systems for merchants and customers, coordinating across teams to support global expansion. This position offers a hands‐on opportunity to shape consolidation and warehouse operations within a dynamic logistics network. Coordinate capacity allocation and align with procurement, finance and strategy to reduce cost and lead time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to share data, improving operational visibility and throughput. Identify pain points, propose solutions to meet KPIs, and build end-to-end procedures for merchants and customers. Develop and implement solutions including internal features,



supplier platforms, driver apps, shipment tracking software, consolidation network design, and warehouse management systems. Coordinate with internal and external teams, draft business recommendations, and ensure solutions launch with quality. Maintain focus on data‐driven improvements and scalable processes. Responsabilità Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years in UK/EU e-commerce warehousing and fulfillment. Familiarity with FM consolidation, MM and LM or end-to-end warehouse operations. Experience driving system changes or building from scratch, including allocation models and consolidation network design. Data-oriented, with ability to create planning models; proficiency in SQL or Python preferred. Strong documentation and business‐case writing; may be asked to present case reviews or BRD. Fluent in English; Italian fluency for communicating with Italian merchants/vendors is required.
