Experteer Overview Senior Product Quality Engineer - Electronics for railway braking systems. You will drive robustness, reliability, and safety of electronic hardware and embedded software, identify failure modes, and validate solutions. You'll lead root cause analyses, work with cross‐functional teams, and support audits and certifications. The role blends diagnostics, testing (including HIL), and technical reporting to production and field service, with international travel. This is a hands‐on position that shapes quality in a safety‐critical domain. Retirbuzione / Benefits Troubleshoot electronic hardware and embedded software failures in braking and safety systems Analyze field returns, test‐bench data, and lab findings to diagnose malfunctions Lead and document root cause analyses and define corrective/preventive actions Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineering for debugging and design improvements Perform diagnostic tests using bench setups, HIL environments,



and stress testing Ensure compliance with railway functional safety and certification requirements with documentation for audits Prepare detailed technical reports and transfer knowledge to production, quality, and field teams Communicate findings and progress to Product Managers, Quality leadership, Engineering, and Project teams Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience +10 years of electronic engineering experience with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and systems analysis Experience with test benches, test circuit design, and programming in C++ Experience with oscilloscopes and testers Proficiency in English and Italian Knowledge of 8 D, FMEA, fault tree analysis is a plus Familiarity with railway safety standards EN 50126/50128/50129 is a plus Willingness to travel internationally Requisiti fondamentali flexible hours canteen welfare platform accident insurance tax assistance electric car charging #J
