Experteer Overview In this role you will safeguard Maison Valentino's intellectual property across trademarks, designs, and domains. You'll work within the Legal team to support cross‐functional stakeholders in the fashion business, shaping brand protection strategies and resolving IP disputes. You will manage filings, searches, licensing agreements, and anti‐counterfeiting efforts to defend the brand online and offline. The position offers exposure to a global luxury IP program and opportunities to train authorities and internal teams. You will contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture that values mastery, creativity, and care for the brand. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage trademark, design, and domain name portfolios Prepare trademark and design filings including worldwide clearance searches Draft and review LOIs, NDAs, coexistence agreements,



and IP licensing agreements Handle civil and criminal IP disputes, including cease‐and‐desist letters and settlements Coordinate online and offline anti‐counterfeiting activities and engage with authorities Organize IP protection training for Customs, Police, and Financial Police Provide IP support to internal stakeholders (e.g., Commercial and Customer Care) on IP requests Responsabilità Master's Degree in Law (5‐year degree) 3 years of IP experience in Fashion/Luxury Fluent in English (written and spoken) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills Interest in developing expertise in IP #J-18808-Ljbffr
