Experteer Overview As Engineering Leader you will drive multi‐disciplinary engineering coordination for EP/EPC projects in anaerobic digestion. You'll lead engineers to meet time, cost, and quality goals, shaping the interfaces between disciplines and with stakeholders. You'll manage outsourcing decisions and resource planning to maintain a stable workload and prevent overruns. You'll partner with Site & Commissioning and Application Engineering to ensure seamless execution and feasibility assessment. This role offers impact on circular economy initiatives and renewable energy outcomes.

Responsabilità Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent: Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical)
At least 10 years of experience in engineering for industrial plants with EP/EPC/EPCM exposure
Preferred experience in anaerobic digestion, biogas, RNG, wastewater treatment, or organic waste processing
