We are strengthening our Finance Team at our Cusago (Milano) location and are looking for a Senior Accountant — Import/Export Specialist (all genders). In this role you will take over the international trade operations, including EU and non-EU transactions, VAT regulations, and customs procedures. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance and accuracy across international accounting and trade processes while supporting business growth in a global environment. Responsibilities Manage all accounting activities related to import/export transactions Ensure proper VAT treatment for Intra-EU transactions, Extra-EU transactions,



triangular and multi-party transactions Record and monitor sales invoices in Navision ERP Support and coordinate the monthly financial reporting process Prepare and submit Intrastat declarations Perform monthly VAT calculations and support quarterly and annual VAT returns Ensure compliance with customs documentation and regulations Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Administration Monitor international shipments and logistics flows from a financial perspective Support commercial activities involving international clients Requirements Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience, or alternatively 10 years of relevant professional xrdztoy experience Strong knowledge of international VAT regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally Navision) and MS Office Fluency in English and Italian Strong attention to detail and accuracy High level of accountability and ownership Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a cross‐functional and international environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
