The candidate will lead the European market expansion efforts. Since the business may involve software customization issues, the ideal candidate should have a certain background in program development or software project management, and possess rich customer development experience. At the same time, this position requires relocation to France, so we welcome sales experts with an in-depth understanding of the French market who are willing to work in France to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly in the beauty tech industry,



and extensive experience managing all stages of the sales cycle. This senior role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a strategic mindset to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the European business development team.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the EU customer base.
Build strong relationships with clients and prospects, leveraging industry connections.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely delivery.
Identify and pursue new SaaS and B2B opportunities.
