Overview Experteer Overview. As Department Manager at Saint Laurent, you lead a department to achieve sales and qualitative targets while representing the brand. You recruit, develop and retain customers, and drive brand engagement in-store. This role places you at the heart of luxury retail, shaping customer experiences and departmental performance.
Responsibilities Promote brand engagement to customers and achieve department goals
Represent the company and operate according to store policies
Lead, motivate, and coach department staff; ensure development and target achievement
Recruit, develop, and retain customers; manage top clients and VIP relationships
Implement action plans with HQ and Store Director and monitor progress
Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to senior store leadership
Create a positive,



motivating work environment and maintain brand culture
Ensure store atmosphere supports brand image and luxurious experience
Manage processes to ensure legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR and stock compliance
Identify and improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
Managerial experience with ability to coach and give constructive feedback
Strong customer portfolio management and loyalty focus
Excellent interpersonal and service orientation
