YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Managing procedures required to maintain the AEO certification
Monitoring customs compliance and updating internal processes accordingly
Supporting strategic customs planning and optimizing international goods flows
Coordinating with customs authorities, certification bodies, and internal departments
Managing the company's foreign VAT registrations (set-up, changes, closures)
Maintaining foreign VAT ledgers and collecting data for periodic VAT filings in various countries
Preparing and managing Intrastat declarations for goods and services
Ensuring correct classification of transactions for customs and VAT purposes
Supporting administrative and logistics teams in issuing and recording VAT-relevant documents
Monitoring international tax and customs deadlines
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Commercial diploma or a degree in economics, law, or related fields
Previous experience in internationally active companies or in customs/trade compliance/VAT roles
Strong ability to interpret complex regulations and high attention to detail
Structured working method, precision and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian and/or German
