As Senior Product Manager for Doctolib Telehealth in the Practice Efficiency team, you shape how patients and clinicians connect remotely across Europe. You define the short-term user experience and the long-term vision for synchronous and asynchronous remote consultations. You work at the intersection of product strategy, clinical input, and AI innovation to own the healthcare professional experience and collaborate across doctor-patient communications, patient data, and the broader patient domain. You drive impact at scale across multiple European markets while aligning with Doctolib's mission to improve access to healthcare.
Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Doctolib Telehealth within the Remote Care stream
Drive both short-term product execution and long-term strategic vision for synchronous and asynchronous remote consultations
Make high-level architectural decisions in collaboration with engineering for a tech-savvy product approach
Collaborate with engineers, designers, clinical experts,
and GTM stakeholders to serve multiple user personas across Doctolib markets
Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and prioritize data-driven decisions
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product management team, with potential to lead other PMs
Qualifications At least 5 years of Product Management experience working with developers, designers, customers, stakeholders, and leadership
Strong analytical mindset grounded in data and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
Experience in large-scale SaaS or B2B product launches with iterative development on live products
Strategic vision to define product direction plus operational rigor to execute
Fluent in English; German or French a plus
