Overview Experteer Overview In this role, you drive IT&D; initiatives within Reckitt's factory footprint and oversee transformation efforts. You will partner with site leadership to implement standards for business, process, data and technology as part of a global programme. You'll balance global demands with site-specific needs, ensuring reliable IT&D; service delivery and a stable factory IT ecosystem. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role with visible impact across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Activate IT&D; initiatives in factories and drive global programme deployment Ensure IT&D; services are effectively delivered through partners for a quality user experience Build and maintain relationships with factory leadership and coordinate stakeholder buy-in for transformation Monitor support to factories,
