About the Role The Senior Finance, Administration & Governance Officer (m/f/d) for CLC South is a key operational role responsible for ensuring the efficient management of financial, administrative, legal and governance activities of EIT RawMaterials in Italy. Acting as the primary local coordination point, the role serves as a bridge between the Italian entity and EIT RawMaterials Headquarters, ensuring that local requirements, regulations and operational needs are effectively aligned with the organisation's policies, procedures and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary operational contact for financial, administrative, legal and governance matters related to the Italian entity. Coordinate and align local Italian requirements with EIT RawMaterials corporate policies, procedures and reporting obligations. Manage and maintain financial and administrative documentation, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping. Support monthly financial operations, including invoice processing, bank statement management and payroll coordination. Oversee expense tracking, travel reimbursements and related financial administration. Monitor cash flow requirements and support financial planning activities in coordination with Headquarters. Prepare regular financial reports and contribute to quarterly and annual reporting processes. Support the preparation of annual financial statements and assist in audit processes.
