About this role
As an Account Manager Field based in the Tuscany region, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and supporting restaurant partners on our platform. You'll join a collaborative team focused on empowering businesses to succeed and providing exceptional service.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work three to four days a week in the field, connecting with local businesses across the Tuscany region, and one to two days from home. You'll report to the Team Lead Account Manager Centro - Sud Italia and work closely with cross‐functional teams to achieve your goals.




We're seeking dedicated Field Account Managers to join us in connecting with restaurants and grocery partners, ensuring our customers enjoy a diverse range of exceptional dining and shopping options.
Salary range: €37,200 - €51,000 including commission
Location: Tuscany region
Reporting to: Team Lead Account Manager Centro - Sud Italia

Build strong relationships with takeaway restaurants, focusing on commercial growth and customer satisfaction.
Provide tailored solutions to boost orders, increase average order values, and improve customer experiences.
Onboard new restaurant partners efficiently, guiding them to achieve quick optimization and sustained growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor, helping partners streamline their operations for improved profitability.
