GA-Alliance is seeking a talented and motivated attorney/trainee to join its Banking & Finance practice in Milan. The successful candidate will be involved in complex financing transactions, supporting both domestic and international clients. Responsibilities include:
Drafting and negotiating banking and finance documentation;
Assisting in structuring and executing corporate, real estate, and acquisition finance deals.
