Ingegnere CSA, Milano Key Responsibilities Of The Role Management of the Civils & Concrete packages under your control, reporting to the CSA Project Manager. Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Project Manager, CSA Manager and the Mercury Safety Advisor. This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team. Management of QA in conjunction with Mercury QA Manager including set up, management and close out of file. Responsible for making sure the subcontractor follows Mercury QA/QC procedures. Responsible for performing due diligence on Supervisors checklists and make sure it is up to the required standard. Promotion of the Mercury engineering ethos regarding quality and safety. Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Mercury CSA Project Manager, Project manager, consulting Engineer and Client requirements. Responsible for making sure the subcontractor submits their program and meets/exceeds baseline program or escalation on time. Report on a weekly basis,



any site events that have a commercial impact to the project: deviations, variations, delays to the CSA Manager to ensure all costs are captured and claimed, if applicable. Assist with the Management of all design deliverables related to the CSA package. Review drawings, technical submissions, assistance, and preparation as required of mark‐ups to highlight deficiencies and orientate subcontractors and subconsultants. Review of construction details and setting out details. Responsible to maintain the link between design information and construction drawings, making sure any gaps are correctly identified and produced prior starting on site. Assist with the management of all costs associated with your package including: Mercury civil Team, Sub‐contractors, Material deliveries and goods receipting, Plant and Equipment, Variations, Valuations.
