Experteer Overview In this role you will support the GCAP JV by delivering accurate standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS. You will work with cross‐functional teams to ensure timely reporting and adherence to JV policies while liaising with internal and external auditors. The role offers a chance to help stand up a new joint venture and establish solid financial operations from the outset. You will contribute to management reporting and financial analysis to enable informed decision‐making and governance.
Retibuzione / Benefits Prepare standalone financial statements monthly, quarterly and annually with timely accuracy
Execute consolidated financial closing, including intercompany eliminations and consolidation worksheets
Produce financial reporting data and analyses to support management decisions
Carry out day‐to‐day accounting tasks (AP/AR reconciliation, bank reconciliation,



expense processing, VAT filings)
Coordinate with treasury and tax teams and prepare supporting materials for audits
Act as point of contact for finance function and statutory auditors on technical accounting matters
Responsabilità Operational financial reporting experience
IFRS knowledge and awareness of statutory requirements in UK, Italy and Japan
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and explain financial concepts clearly
Curiosity about figures and high attention to detail
Deadline‐driven and adaptable to process improvements
Professional qualification in a relevant field (desirable)
ERP experience with SAP or Oracle (desirable)
