Experteer Overview In this role, you drive transformation projects for public sector and social/health entities through structured delivery and change initiatives. You'll work within the SHaPE practice and Delivery Assurance team to implement digital transformation, governance, and process redesign, ensuring lasting benefits for clients. You will partner with senior management to shape practical solutions and sustain measurable impact after project completion. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead delivery and implementation after initial setup using Prince2 and Agile frameworks
Collaborate with senior management of public/social/healthcare clients to deliver impactful solutions
Drive transformation projects including digital transformation, organizational development, process optimization, and governance & process management
Plan, deliver, and implement organizational changes using appropriate management tools
Identify value‐creation opportunities and help clients sustain strategic objectives post‐delivery
Contribute to service redesign, organizational structure changes, and workforce/capability building
Deliver measurable client impact and ensure sustainability of benefits after project completion
Responsabilità Masters degree in business, economics or engineering
2+ years delivering and implementing digital transformation projects in public sector or public healthcare
Solid understanding of project management delivery using MS Project, Prince2, Agile or similar
Highly analytical with strong problem‐solving skills
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, determination and creative mindset
Ability to adapt communication style for diverse stakeholders
Fluent in English and Italian
