Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Ingram Micro's EMEA Microsoft Cyber Security practice, shaping strategy and accelerating growth. You'll align partner ecosystems, country teams, and Microsoft to deliver scalable cyber security solutions. You'll manage executive engagement and drive adoption of cyber security programs across multiple markets. This is a cross‐functional, high‐impact role at a global technology leader where collaboration and strategic execution matter. You will help shape the future of cyber security offerings and partner‐driven growth in the region.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and develop the EMEA Microsoft Cyber Security practice and strategy
Drive execution of joint Ingram Micro–Microsoft initiatives across EMEA markets
Enable country teams to deliver go‐to‐market plans, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition
Act as central liaison between Microsoft EMEA and Ingram Micro stakeholders
Design and scale cyber security programs for consistent adoption across countries
Enable partners and internal teams to build cyber capability and articulate value propositions
Lead executive engagement, including QBRs, governance, and strategic reviews
Manage and grow a portfolio of complementary cyber security vendors aligned to Microsoft
Responsabilità Proven experience in vendor/business management, ideally within IT distribution or cyber security
Strong knowledge of Microsoft security solutions and the wider cyber security ecosystem
Experience working across EMEA or in multi‐country environments
Demonstrated ability to drive growth, execute strategy, and influence senior stakeholders
Experience in partner enablement, GTM strategy, and ecosystem development
Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive‐level engagement
Ability to manage complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and drive execution
