Experteer Overview In this role you will be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-value EcoStruxure IT customers, guiding onboarding and ongoing value realization. You'll lead strategic reviews, drive adoption of platforms like Data Center Expert, IT Advisor, NetBotz, and IT Expert, and identify growth opportunities. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure renewals, feedback, and continuous improvement. This is a chance to shape customer outcomes at scale in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Build consultative relationships with VIP customers from onboarding through value realization
Lead regular strategic business reviews and ensure progress toward goals and KPIs
Provide tailored guidance and proactive recommendations for EcoStruxure IT platforms
Identify opportunities for growth (e-learning, advanced services, cloud migration, integrations) and connect customers with solutions
Partner with Licensing & Renewals to drive seamless renewals and ensure up-to-date software/services
Share feedback with Commercial, Product,



and Technical Support to elevate the customer experience
Forecast renewals, assess risk, and maintain strong renewal rates with Sales and Renewals teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with regional IT leaders, Sales, Services, and Product Management to deliver unified support
Stay ahead of industry trends and guide customers through updates and new features
Identify customer stories and recruit advocates for references
