Logistics Coordinator
Location: Badia Polesine (RO). For our manufacturing site in Badia Polesine (RO), we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator.
Responsibilities
Comply with company standards, company vision, and demonstrate respect toward colleagues and customers.
Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
Adhere to established procedures for performing assigned tasks.
Coordinate warehouse and material handling operators.
Ensure all logistics activities are carried out in accordance with company safety standards and required deadlines.
Manage and oversee site inventory operations.
Be responsible for monitoring the quality and condition of received goods.
Optimize logistics flows to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics processes.
Requirements

Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of warehouse processes and material flow principles.
Knowledge of procedures and work instructions (WIs) related to logistics and warehouse operations.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international transportation documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and warehouse management tools.
