WHAT YOU'LL DO Run requirements analysis and define the site operational model (units, shifts, roles, authorization matrix) Configure the core modules: Operations Logbook, Shift Handover, Standing Orders, Operator Rounds Configure Control of Work / Permit to Work (LOTO, SIMOPS), safety & compliance mapping and Management of Change Set up Audit & Inspection management and the Knowledge Base Define integrations (Event Manager with DCS/SCADA/PI, EAM, Digital Twin), dashboards, mobility, testing,



training and go‐live WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in plant operations 5+ years in operations / functional consulting on operations‐management platforms in refinery or process plants Knowledge of field processes (shifts, rounds, work permits) Standards: Operations‐management and control‐of‐work / permit‐to‐work best practices; HSE alignment Tools: Octave Tempo (formerly Hexagon j5) Nice to have Specific experience with Octave Tempo / Hexagon j5 Change management and adoption of digital field tools LOCATION Office or at Client's premises in Italy.
