Define and lead the global EHS strategy, ensuring compliance, consistency and alignment across all international operations.
Provide functional leadership to the global HSE network, coordinating site EHS teams worldwide and driving standardization, governance and best‐practice sharing.
Monitor EHS performance through KPIs, analyze trends and report insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.
Lead global environmental and sustainability initiatives, including the environmental component of ESG reporting.
Partner with Business Unit leaders to implement EHS programs, safe work practices and continuous‐improvement initiatives.
Promote a strong safety culture and zero‐harm mindset across all levels of the organization.




Oversee global EHS training programs to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
Standardize and optimize EHS systems, tools and processes across all sites.
Proven experience in a senior HSE leadership role within a global industrial environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate international and geographically dispersed teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills.
In‐depth knowledge of international HSE regulations and standards.
Relevant university degree and EHS certifications.
Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is considered a plus.
Availability for frequent international travel.
