The HR Business Partner, reporting to the HR Manager, supports plant operations by developing and managing Human Resources, ensuring alignment between operational needs and HR policies. The role combines Business Partner responsibilities with operational activities typical of an HR Generalist, providing end-to-end support to HR processes. It also collaborates with management as an HR partner, contributing to operational results and people development. The position provides operational support for daily HR activities, ensuring administrative efficiency and regulatory compliance throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Role and responsibilities
The main activities are:
Support activities:
Support and advise managers in the daily management of their teams and in HR-related decision‐making processes
Support employees on regulations, company policies, and HR requests
Manage and support complex situations (conflicts, disciplinary actions, operational issues)
Operational management and HR development:
Oversee and coordinate personnel administrative processes (contracts,



mandatory communications, attendance, payroll, and labor law compliance) with the support of external consultants
Ensure the management of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, training, skills development, and career growth)
Contribute to workforce planning and personnel budgeting
Manage the training budget and ensure implementation of the training plan
Coordinate activities related to industrial relations
Manage recruitment and selection activities (job interviews, relationships with employment agencies, related administrative tasks, etc.)
HR Governance and projects:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), and company regulations
Monitor and analyze HR data (reporting, statistics, KPIs) to support decision‐making
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Organizational Model 231, policies, and management systems
Participate in internal and Network H
